A note from Peter Hampel

Apologies for your your obvious frustration with regards to the final line-up announcements but we are nearly there.

The marketplace for the top acts is much tighter and more expensive than previously and we have been working very hard behind the scenes and are very close to the announcement of a 5th really major gig and some top support acts...please bear with us...all will be revealed in a few short weeks...

We haven't let you down in the past and do not intend to do so this year, notwithstanding personal taste..it's still a world class line-up by any standards (and will be enhanced shortly) in challenging financial times and a highly competitive live music sector.

Sometimes it takes longer than expected...for which I can only apologise...but the team is working, as always, extremely hard on it... it is very hard to keep to a precise schedule on announcements as so much of this line of work is unpredictable...rest assured. we are doing what we can....if you look at previous years, we have often announced one or two quite late as some of the big fish like to hold out on decisions on smaller gigs to early summer.

My best guess is that we will be making a major announcement in the next two weeks.
